Just the right size convertable
By Roscoe | on Thursday, January 13, 2022
We already own a large 640xi convertible. The styling is iconic …however when you drive it you feel like your laying down. Not good for your back. We just purchased a 430i . It drives more like a sedan. It’s wide , responsive and every modern option on new cars. If you like road feel but want a really silent drive it’s the 4 series. Plenty of power in this 4 cylinder turbo! So far , so good .… - 5.0
Great car!

Coming from an Audi S3 to the M440i because I could not find an Audi to check as many boxes as this BMW does. All around driving experience is refined, luxury, sporty and very fun. Plenty of power without having to mash gas pedal or use launch control. Steering is very touchy and goes exactly where you put it. Brakes are strong and touchy as well. Car is full of options for everything you can think of, just be sure to remember you are driving and not playing a video game. Almost everything on this car is more refined and better than my last auto, except the LED headlights are not as good as was on my S3. BMW needs to do better with their headlights, more like Audi’s adaptive headlights. I’m getting older so having the best adaptive headlights possible while driving at night is a must. There is not enough light on the sides of the main beam lighting everything in front and to the side of the front of the car. Also, my S3 had rear fog lights which was a definite plus in very bad rainstorms here in Florida (and to keep other drivers from following to close).… - 5.0
